- In 1992, Repel teamed up with “Perdale Group”, who was the recipient of the 1992 Coquitlam Street of Dreams award. Street of Dreams was a prestigious construction project that hand selected a few builders for the selection of the best quality homes. Perdale Group was one of the few hand selected builders and they ended up winning the overall award in 1992 and in 1994 yet again were hand selected to take part.

- Also, Repel provided services for “Cheerful Construction” who was the builder in the unique Mountain Terrace Condominium Project in North Vancouver which won an astounding 9 Georgia Awards!

- Repel also provided services for the 32 story twin tower for Appia Developments.
